Event work

The examples below show a selection of event video projects delivered for corporate and public sector organisations. This includes conference session capture, hybrid live streaming, workshops and post-event films such as highlights, round-ups and speaker interviews.

Each project is delivered with a focus on clear communication, careful planning and calm production on the day, working closely with organisers, venues and AV teams to ensure video integrates smoothly into the wider event.

Coach Development Conference
Event Highlights

Filmed on location in Cardiff, this conference combined in-room speakers with a series of live coaching sessions delivered throughout the day.

Working with a three-camera team, we recorded each session in full and later shaped the footage into clear, structured learning content for use on the ECB’s iCoachCricket platform.

Detailed planning and close coordination were essential due to the fast-moving, unpredictable nature of live coaching environments.

Relational Coaching Conference
Event Highlights

Filmed at Ashridge, Hult International Business School, this was the ninth Relational Coaching Conference, bringing together independent coaches and practitioners for keynote sessions, workshops and networking.

Working as a two-person team, we captured b-roll across multiple rooms and conducted on-site interviews with attendees, coordinating closely with organisers and presenters throughout the day.

A short 60-second highlights edit was delivered immediately after the event, requiring careful planning and self-sufficient working to ensure full coverage.

Female Player to Coach Programme
Workshop Round-up

Filmed over two days at Loughborough University, this workshop brought together professional female cricketers preparing to move into coaching roles within the ECB.

The project involved capturing b-roll and interviews across classroom sessions and a live coaching environment with Loughborough Lightning, working carefully around active training.

A fast turnaround was required, with the final film delivered within 24 hours for sharing with stakeholders and directors of cricket.
